I just rememberd a piece of dialogue from the movie that I liked. It's when Gulabji is narrating and says something like,"They say that if you're lucky you will find true love, and if you don't you're still not alone because that means God is with you." That was sweet, as was the scene at the very beginning, in which Raj serenaded the hardened prostitutes and their hearts softened to his tune. I also like the bizaare effect that Salman Khan really looked more like Amir Khan than himself in this movie. It was like in the soap operas, when they say, "The role of Salman Khan is now being played by Amir Khan."
OK that's all the good I found in the movie.

I have to report after seeing Saawariya today that the best part of this movie is posted right here, the "Chhabeela" number. That's honestly the only part I'd recommend watching. :(

Ne Beti! Ne Didi! It can't be true. In my mind I want Rani and Govinda to be pure. Maybe the industry got to them? Perhaps Rani's roll as the whore "Natasha"in LCMD altered her moral compass? This chugli is bakwas! Or maybe not....

And then there's this:

I guess I'm a few years behind on my chugli.

Thanks Nandini for the other review! Can't wait to see Rani as a prostitute again, just like her recent role in "Laaga Chunari Mein Daag - Journey Of A Woman" (English: My Veil is Stained)
