Ok, this isn’t from a Bollywood movie, but I just think it’s a pretty song. I know it’s kind of cheesy and has a super “We Are the World” feel to it, but it drew me in. I am emotional putty in the musical hands of A. R. Rahman. Approximately 65% of his songs bring me to tears. Damn him!

Yes, I remember that disturbing scene all too well, and it evoked a lot of the same feelings for me. It’s all part of the ride on Bollywood’s emotional rollercoaster.

Well to sound nerdy myself, since I started it, I thought I ought to quantify how many of the songs are tear jerkers for me. I thought it was approximately 65%; however, I did not take baseline data, nor did I track it for a sufficient amount of time to truly establish my estimate. You caught me!
